In 2006, Neyla graduated from Saint Joseph University and holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Law along with a Bachelor Degree in International Business Law from University Of Sorbonne – Paris I and University Of Renee Descartes – Paris V.
In 2007, Neyla joined ESSEC Group, Paris, France (sponsored by Alstom Transport SA) to specialize in International Business Law and Management.
In 2007–2008, Neyla worked in Linklaters LLP and in the legal department of Alstom Transport, Paris, France.
In 2009, Neyla moved back to Beirut to work at Badri & Salim Meouchi Law Firm for both Lebanon and Qatar jurisdictions.
In 2012-2017, Neyla was a Senior Associate at Rida El Khazen Law Firm and was specialized in the Waqf Law and has represented many Awqaf such as Waqf El Khazen, Saint Peter Waqf and the Maronite Patriarchal Waqf.
In 2017, Neyla was licensed to practice divorce before the Maronite churches and became specialized in Family Law.
Walid graduated from the Lebanese University in 1998 and holds a BS in Laws.
In 1998, Walid started his career as Attorney At Law at Dr. Abdul Salam Cheaib Law Firm till 2004.
From 2000 till 2003, Walid was the Senior Legal Counselor of the Minister at The Ministry of Energy and Water and was in charge of drafting the Oil and Gas law in Lebanon.
From 2001-2003, Walid worked in establishing the legal structure of EDL’s privatization in Lebanon in collaboration of the World Bank and represented the Lebanese Government in several international negotiations for the Arab Petroleum administration (الهيئة العربية للغاز ) that was set to be established between Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt.
Walid worked with UNDP in Lebanon, providing legal consultation on different subjects, mainly creating legal structure between UNDP and Lebanese NGOs.
He also represents Future TV, Galaxy International SA (ranked Top 5 in Oil Trading), Assicurazioni Generali the biggest Italian Insurance Company, Danash Contracting Co. (ranked Top 5 in Contracting in Lebanon) and furthermore, Walid represents several companies in Lebanon, UAE and KSA and has excellent knowledge in forming the Legal structure of a Joint Venture between Lebanese Companies and Turkish ones in different areas of business.
Nisrine holds a Bachelor Degree in Lebanese Law/ General Law from the Holy Spirit University (USEK) along with a Master Degree in Patent Law and Computer/ Banking Law.
In 2001 Nisrine worked at the United Nations Development Program – Madamek SARL and was a Teacher/Lecturer at Lycée Franco-Libanais (North Lebanon) lecturing on Civic and Juridical education. In 2010 Nsirine attended Protocol and Public Relations Course S.I.A for training and Development, Partners with CIPR (UK) and George Mason University in Virginia, USA.
In 2010 – 2011 Nisrine was training students and handling cases related to Juveniles in Northern Lebanon Public Service Center (NLPSC).
Nisrine is an attorney and Legal Consultant at Abou Dib Law Firm since 1996 and a legal counsel at Tele Liban since January 2012.
In 2017, Nisrine has been appointed head of legal department at the Ministry of Telecommunications.
She participated in several committees at the Lebanese Parliament for the drafting and review of media law, signature law as well as interception law.
She has also been responsible of the interception department at the Ministry of Telecommunications.
